There are a lot of good reasons to choose a non-alcoholic drink but there is one thing that all mocktail drinkers can agree on and that is it’s got to taste as delicious and complex as the other adult beverage. The great mocktail recipes are made with a lot of different thoughtful combinations of flavorful ingredients and some of those include fresh herbs, warming spices, juicy berries, sweeteners like honor, steeped teas, and tart citrus juices.

Watermelon Cocktail : A super refreshing melon mocktail will help you stay cool all summer. In this fruity drink, the watermelon is packed with immune boosting lycopene and vitamins like A & C.

Watermelon Cocktail - Refreshing Mocktail Recipe for Summer Season

Ingredients

  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ¼ cup white grape juice
  • ¼ cup tonic water
  • Organge wedge
  • Watermelon wedge for garnishing

How to make it :

Pour watermelon and white grape juice into a glass with ice cubes. Ass squeezed orange wedge on the top and tonic water, stir it well. To finish it cut small pieces of watermelon and add them to the drink to give a crunchy feel and add a small triangle of watermelon on the slide rim.

Passion fruit thyme mocktail : Simply mix that passion fruit pulp with distilled water, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and lime. Garnish the drink with a sprig of thyme.

Ingredients

  • ¾ ouch of simple syrup
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 3 punches of distilled water
  • ¼ ouch of fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks or juice

How to make it : 

Combine ½ cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat to make simple syrup. Stir until the sugar dissolves and then increase the heat until it comes to a boil/ After 3 minutes remove it from heat and allow it to cool. Before using the syrup keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Scoop the pulp from the passion fruit and add it to a mixing glass with one sprig of thyme. Add lime juice, distilled water, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and ice. Share it vigorously, and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass to serve.

Faux Sangria 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of decaffeinated and unsweetened iced tea
  • 3 cups of cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup of ice

How to make it : 

Cut the orange and lime into thick slices and place them in a pitcher. Pour lime juice, cranberry juice, and tea into the pitcher then add lemon slices and ice and chill it for 10 minutes before you drink it.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ cup ice

How to make it : 

In a blender pour all the ingredients and blend until it is smooth. Add ice depending on the consistency you prefer. Pour the drink into a tall glass and garnish it with a skewer of kiwi and banana slices.

Loco Coco

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup of shredded coconut
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • ½ cup ice

How to make it : 

Except for whipped cream pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend it until it gets creamy and smooth. Add ice according to the consistency you need. Pour the drink into a tall glass and garnish it with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Mango Margarita Mocktail : This drink is perfect for you if you are trying to keep your new pregnancy under wraps while dealing with a little first-trimester nausea. This drink gets its kick from the ginger in it which has been shown to calm queasiness.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ cup of mango juice
  • ¼ cup of grapefruit juice
  • 1 lime for garnish
  • Ground granola for garnish

How to make it : 

Run the lime wedge on the rim of the glass and then dip the glass in granola. Muddle the berries at the bottom of the glass and pour the lime juice. In the glass add the mango juice, grapefruit juice, grated ginger, and ice. Stir well to blend all the flavors together and enjoy your drink.

Kiwi Lychee Mocktail : With this low calorie mocktail feel like you are on a tropical island while sipping on this zesty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of kiwi with skin removed
  • 1 ½ ouche of distilled water
  • ½ ounce of lychee syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ ounce of soda water
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 kiwi sliced, skin on

How to make it : 

In a mixing glass add the skinless kiwi slice and press several times with the cocktail muddler. Add lychee syrup, lime juice, and distilled water to the glass. Fill the glass with ice and shake well. Add the soda to the lychee and lime mixture and then strain it into a glass over ice. Garnish with skin on kiwi and lemon wedge.

Bellini Mocktail :  A non-alcoholic Bellini is a perfect drink for summer brunches with your gang. Simply mix peach, apple, and lemon juice with sparkling water in a champagne flute.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup peach juice
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 wedge of lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Sparkling water
  • Apple slice for garnish

How to make it : 

Add peach, lemon, apple juice, and honey to your champagne flute. Top off the drink with sparkling water and to finish add the apple slice to the rim.

Blood Orange Basil Mocktail : This fresh drink is so spirited that you will forget that it’s not actually made with spirits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces distilled water
  • ¼ blood orange section
  • ½ pint loosely packed Thai basil leaves.
  • ½ ounce of fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce honey
  • ¾ ounce liquid egg whites

How to make it : 

In a mixing glass add blood orange section and Thai basil leaves, press it several times with a cocktail muddler. Add distilled water, lime juice, honey, and pasteurized egg whites. Shake it well to froth and then fill the glass with ice and shake it again. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish it with Thai basil leaf.

Virgin Blue Lagoon

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresher frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup low fat milk or yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • Whipped cream
  • Pineapple slices
  • ½ cup ice.

How to make it :

Add all the ingredients to the blender except whipped cream and blend until it gets creamy and smooth. Add ice according to the consistency you prefer. Pour it into a glass and garnish it with whipped cream and pineapple slices.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peach
